From Friday the 5th of December, our opening hours will change slightly on Fridays.
In keeping with the recent changes to collective wage agreement, we are doing our part by closing half an hour earlier on Fridays. This means that our office hours are now 9:00 to 15:30 on Fridays. They stay unchanged for the other days of the week, from 9:00 to 16:00.
Our phone hours are the same as our advertised opening hours, but we would like to remind our customers that our emergency claims service phone is open 24 hours and is 800 7112.
