Yesterday, Prósent and Stjórnvísi presented the results of the Icelandic Satisfaction Index for the year 2025. Sjóvá ranked highest among insurance companies, with a score of 72.9 and the highest statistically significant rating in the insurance market. Sjóvá therefore receives the gold recognition of the Satisfaction Index.
This is the ninth year in a row that Sjóvá ranks at the top, and no insurance company has ever led the Satisfaction Index for so many consecutive years. Furthermore, this is the highest score ever achieved by an insurance company since the inception of the measurement.
We are proud and grateful that our customers are the most satisfied in the insurance market, but above all, this recognition motivates us to continue striving to do even better.

The Icelandic Satisfaction Index is an organization owned by Stjórnvísi and operated by Prósent.
