Sjóvá has been named Company of the Year 2025 according to the results of VR's survey. Sjóvá is one of four companies to receive this recognition in the large company category.
In VR's Company of the Year survey, the overall score of companies is calculated based on employees' attitudes towards various aspects of the work environment. Questions are asked about management, salary terms, workplace atmosphere, equality, job satisfaction, and more.
Companies that excel in the survey receive formal recognition, specifically the top 3–4 companies in the categories of large, medium, and small companies.
