Here you will find instructions on how to confirm a Direct Debit Agreement electronically at My Sjóvá.
When you register for direct payments, you will receive an email asking you to confirm the agreement. Click the link in the email to open My Sjóvá.
There are two login methods, using electronic ID or using your ID number and password.
If you have electronic ID, the quickest method is to choose that option.
If you choose to log in with your ID number and password, click the “Username” tab. Next, enter your ID number and password. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it via email, SMS, or online banking.
Once the login is complete, the confirmation page should appear. If it does not, click “Confirmations” in the menu. The agreement will appear in a list of documents pending approval; click “Open agreement” there. The agreement will then open, after which you click “Approve.” This will open a confirmation window, and once you confirm it, the approval process is complete, and you can log out of My Sjóvá.
